In case of an accident with an Enterprise vehicle, the customer will need to contact Enterprise and Mason's Department of Risk Management. Risk Management will need a copy of the rental agreement, a damage report, and police report.  For more information, please visit Risk Management’s Reporting State & Rental Vehicle Accidents.

Roadside assistance is available 24/7 for all renters.  There is no cost for vehicle breakdowns that are not the fault of the driver.  Other roadside assistance services (e.g. locked keys, lost keys, flat tires, etc.), are fee-based.
