Valued Rappahannock Reserved Permit Owner,
Effective at 11pm on Sunday, April 4, the entire 4th level of the Rappahannock Deck including the ramps from levels 3 to 4 and 4 to 5 will be closed off to all parking. Please utilize parking on levels 1, 2, and 5 while Level 4 is closed. Overnight restrictions on levels 1 and 2 will be waived during this time.
The closure is being done as part of a multi phase upgrade of all the parking garage lighting, replacing existing fluorescent lights with new LED lighting.
The closure of Level 4 is expected to last one or two weeks. Updates on the status of level 4 will be sent when available. After the lighting on Level 4 is replaced, Facilities will be moving down to work on the lower levels over the course of the next two months.
