Our regional shuttle service offers a convenient, affordable, and stress-free way for our Patriots to travel between major cities and George Mason. It helps avoid the hassle of driving and parking, especially during busy travel periods. Additionally, it promotes sustainability by reducing carbon emissions and traffic congestion.
How can I be sure the shuttle will be on time?
Our shuttle service strives to maintain a reliable schedule. However, road conditions and traffic patterns can affect arrival times. Please arrive at the bus stop during the assigned time. For any concerns, you can contact the Reston Limousine customer service at 703-478-0500.
How can I book a shuttle ticket?
Booking a shuttle ticket is easy. Use the links above to book online. Depending on your needs, you can choose between one-way or round-trip tickets.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
You can change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the trip date and receive a full refund. Please expect 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed to your bank account. Please contact Reston Limousine customer service at 703-478-0500, option 1 for the sales department, which is available Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm. Otherwise, select option 3 for the dispatch office for assistance with changes or cancellations.
What safety measures are in place on the shuttles?
The shuttles are equipped with safety features such as GPS tracking, emergency communication systems, and regular maintenance checks. Drivers undergo thorough safety training to ensure a secure journey.
What amenities are available on the shuttles?
The shuttles are equipped with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and restrooms to ensure a pleasant travel experience. Some routes may also offer additional amenities like power outlets.
How many bags are allowed per passenger on the shuttle?
The number of bags you are allowed to bring is not restricted, and we want to ensure you can travel comfortably with your belongings. Our Patriots typically bring one to two suitcases or large travel bags and one book bag or small purse. Carry-on bags can be stored in the overhead cabinet above the seats, and larger luggage can be stored in the designated compartments.
Can I bring food and drinks on the shuttle?
Yes, you are generally allowed to bring snacks and drinks on the shuttle. Please make sure to clean up any trash before you leave. To ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers, we discourage foods with strong odors.
